Mechanical Treatments

A & D Webbs offer a range of processes from basic grinding, belt linishing, spindle mopping, to high precision mirror finishing to tight tolerances & low Ra readings. We also have facilities for bead blasting, centreless automatic banding & polishing on rods, seamless or welded tubes from 8mm to 150mm O/D any length. A flat bed line grainer for sheets up to 450mm wide and flat bar up to 5m length. Fabrication work of any size can be undertaken to British Standard 1449 Part 2 either in your factory or ours.

Classic Cars and Motorbikes

A & D Webbs can polish any aluminium, alloy or stainless steel part e.g. engine casings, frames, wheels and hubs etc. We can mirror polish all custom parts including inlet manifolds, cam covers, rocker covers, wheels, stainless steel bumpers and trims.
